As the Co-founder/CTO, you will spearhead the development of AwareNXT’s technology strategy, leading the creation and implementation of our digital platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to our mission of transforming family wellness and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical development and scaling of AwareNXT's platform, emphasizing AI/ML innovations to personalize and enhance user experience.
Work closely with the founding team to align technological development with business goals, ensuring a seamless, impactful user journey.
Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the technology team, mentoring talents and guiding them towards achieving our vision.
Represent AwareNXT in the tech community, staying abreast of industry trends and establishing partnerships that further our mission.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in developing and scaling digital products, preferably with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
Proven track record of technical leadership and team management in a startup environment.
Strong strategic thinker, capable of envisioning and executing a technology roadmap aligned with our mission.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems, particularly in enhancing family dynamics and wellness.
